How do I get an ID card for Health New England?

If you have do NOT have your ID number/member code:

• Call Health New England's Member Services: 413-787-4004 or 800-310-2835

If you DO have your ID number/member code:

• Login and download or print your card: https://my.healthnewengland.org/Login

If you require medical services:

You may present a copy of your enrollment form as proof of eligibility. Once you have been entered into Health New England's system, you may print a temporary ID card. After Health New England processes your enrollment, your ID card should arrive in 7-10 days. (See Health New England's FAQs for more detail:  https://my.healthnewengland.org/FAQ)
