I don’t have an ID card yet, and I have a doctor’s appointment tomorrow. What should I do?
If any enrolled subscriber(s) need services prior to receiving their ID card:
- For doctor office visits, contact your doctor prior to a visit and let them know you have enrolled in a new plan and you expect an ID card very soon. If you are billed for the visit, send in your new plan information and your bill will be adjusted accordingly.
- For prescriptions, you may need to pay out of pocket. Once your ID card arrives, contact your carrier directly for reimbursement (deductible may apply).
