How do I make a payment?

Existing Clients (You have been approved for coverage)

Make a One-Time Payment or set up Recurring Monthly Payments

1) Go to https://www.hsainsurance.com/MyArea/Login.aspx

2) Log In and click "MAKE A PAYMENT NOW" 

Pay by Phone

Call us (781) 228-2222 (8:30am-5:00pm,M-F) to make a payment by phone. Have your bank account and routing numbers ready.

By Regular Mail:

Complete the Electronic Payment Form:

Complete this form to set up an automatic ACH payment which allows us to withdraw the money from your bank account on the due date. You can send the completed form to customerservice@hsainsurance.com.

Pending Applications (You have not yet been told your insurance is approved) 

If you have applied for insurance and are currently PENDING coverage: You will need to Pay by Phone or Mail in a Payment.
