How do I terminate coverage?

Group plans:

To remove employees from your company plan complete the termination form and submit it to enrollment@hsainsurance.com. Our Customer Service team is available to assist you with any questions. You can reach the team at 781-228-2222, between the hours of 8:30 - 5:00 Monday through Friday.

To terminate your company's health insurance coverage, login to your HSA member portal and select "Cancel Account". You will receive a confirmation email once the termination has been processed.

Individual plans

To terminate your Individual Plan, login to your HSA Member portal and select "CANCEL ACCOUNT" to cancel subscriber and all dependents. To terminate a dependent from your plan, complete the termination form and send a copy to HSA enrollment at enrollment@hsainsurance.com.
