Point32Heatlh (including Harvard Pilgrim & Tufts Health Direct) Network Update for St. Vincent's Hospital and MetroWest Medical Center

Point32Health, the parent company of Harvard Pilgrim Health Care and Tufts Health Plan, has been in contract negotiations with TenetHealthcare, which operates Saint Vincent’s Hospital in Worcester, MAand MetroWest Medical Center in Framingham, MA.

Unfortunately, an agreement has not yet been reached. If no agreement is made by December 31, 2024, members will no longer have access to these facilities starting January 1,2025.

If a resolution is not reached, impacted members will no longer have access to Saint Vincent’s Hospital and MetroWest Medical Center after December 31, 2024, but can still access other in-network facilities and emergency departments.

We encourage our members to continue to monitor all communications from their health plan and HSA Insurance. We will provide updates as soon as there in new information available or if an agreement is reached.
