How do I change my address?
If you are an employer; If you need to update the home address for an employee:
Call 781-228-2222 between the hours of 8:30 - 5:00 Monday through Friday
Or Email enrollment@hsainsurance.com with the following;
- account number
- name of group
- name of the employee
- the new address to be put on file
- the effective date of change
- your contact information
- Include “Employee Address Update” in the subject line of your email."
