) Go to www.hsainsurance.com

2) Click on: Log In at the top right of our homepage

3) Select Customer

Username: enter your HSA six-digit account number (found on your HSA invoice) Password: * first-time users, enter the last 4 digits of your Tax ID (Groups) or SSN number for Individual plans (non-groups)

Once signed in you will need to “Accept the terms and conditions” and change your password.
